Romania... Gli obiettivi raggiunti

Buongiorno a tutti,
ho inviato alcune fotografie che documentano i lavori fatti nella centrale. Questo edificio ospita di giorno i ragazzi del LES (centro di accoglienza diurna) e di sera diventa un dormitorio per i ragazzi di strada (cena compresa).
Questi lavori si sono potuti effettuare grazie alla grande collaborazione e a parte di finanziamenti avuti da:

  • Sermig (To) - referente Rinaldo Canalis
  • Associazione speranza Citielle (To) - referente Giuseppe Lazzarotto
  • Isolpak s.p.a. (famiglia Ceria)
  • Associazione speranza onlus Filago (BG) - referente Maurizio Turano
ed altri soggetti e associazioni coinvolti in maniera minore ma sicuramente di grande utilità. Ringraziamo inoltre tutti i volontari che si sono alternati questa estate per il gran lavoro svolto.

Cosa abbiamo fatto:
Dopo il rifacimento del piano terreno nell'anno precedente abbiamo provveduto a rifare il piano primo, dalla suddivisione dei locali ai servizi, impianto elettrico, contro soffittatura, rifacimento copertura, recupero di due stanze non utilizzate, varie aperture finestre, sostituzione serramenti esistenti sia esterni che interni, rifacimento impianto idraulico e bagno. Purtroppo a luglio abbiamo subito un furto nei locali della centrale termica. Si sono salvate le caldaie ma tutto il resto l'abbiamo dovuto ripristinare. Sono stati anche sostituiti gli arredamenti, sia delle camerate sia degli uffici e creata una sala tv.

Cosa stiamo facendo:
Stiamo ampliando la struttura nel lato cortile. La realizzazione comprenderà due camere organizzate per il ricevimento ospiti, prima accoglienza ragazzi di strada, lavanderia attrezzata e guardaroba ragazzi. Per ora abbiamo innalzato la struttura laterale, la copertura, posto i pannelli in entrambe le strutture e divisori. Inoltre è stato predisposto l'impianto idraulico e intonacato la parte riguardante l'edificio esistente e sistemato i serramenti. I lavori si sono fermati per poter permettere le rifiniture nei locali per l'apertura del centro accoglienza serale previsto per il 15/11/2013. Faremo una gettata per le pavimentazioni, contro soffittature, montaggio lavanderia e servizi, impianto elettrico e altri piccoli lavoretti.

Accoglienza ragazzi di strada;
Come anticipato, dal 15 novembre (leggerete in seguito i dettagli del progetto) inizieremo l'accoglienza dei ragazzi di strada, progetto fondamentale per la nostra associazione e Padre Albano. Abbiamo pensato di migliorarci, di offrire un servizio completo per alleviare le sofferenze di questi ragazzi, potergli offrire un pasto caldo dei vestiti puliti e un letto. Tra le novità più importanti di quest'anno va segnalata la "gestione" dei ragazzi di strada: tutto volontariato.
Per la cucina si sono impegnate le sig.re ungare di Ferneziu, un gruppo molto affiatato che lavora con scrupolo. Hanno cucinato per noi anche questa estate, da luglio ai primi di settembre. Dall'accoglienza alla colazione mattutina gestiremo tutto con volontari (in parte dipendenti della Fundazia) con la super visione di Padre Albano e Bogdan.
Per noi è un grosso passo avanti, grande soddisfazione per la partecipazione di alcuni volontari giovani. Per il cibo abbiamo trovato qualche sponsor, che copre in parte le spese (non appena rientra Padre Albano completeremo gli accordi e stenderemo un elenco aggiornato mensilmente) il resto lo pagheremo noi.

LES:
Accogliamo alcuni ragazzi, una trentina per la precisione. Li aiutiamo a studiare, molte volte provengono da famiglie disagiate quindi provvediamo a loro per gran parte delle necessità (dai vestiti ai libri, ecc.). Abbiamo due operatrici fisse tutti i giorni dalle 09 alle 17, un'assistente sociale, una psicologa e una cuoca per preparare il pranzo. Oltre allo studio si svolgono attività ludiche.
Per noi è un grande sforzo economico ma la soddisfazione di vedere crescere bene questi ragazzi ripaga tutti i nostri sforzi.

Semi autonomia:
Altra novità di quest'anno è lo spostamento della semi autonomia nei locali della centrale. Questi ragazzi provengono dalla nostra comunità, iniziano a gestirsi un po la loro vita, inserimento graduale nella vita comune senza una struttura. Molti sono riusciti ad autogestirsi, sono riusciti a spiccare il volo insomma. Quest'anno abbiamo solo due ragazzi, altri due sono andati a vivere per conto loro. (sempre seguiti per la verità).
Come potete vedere questi locali della centrale sono importantissimi. Con il vostro aiuto stiamo riuscendo a renderli vivibili, organizzati per le ns attività. Nel prossimo comunicato vi farò vedere come era la centrale quando l'ha presa in carico la Fundazia. Grazie di cuore a tutti voi per il grande aiuto offerto, qualsiasi sia stato, dal lavoro ai materiali, dalla mano d'opera alle idee.
